How does the economics of Nostr relays work? What incentive is there for people to run relays? Is there anybody knowledgeable about this topic or a resource I can look into?

Some relays are paid.

Some people don’t care about the economics.

In the future it will be paid relays/ sponsored relays, and a combo of the two
