I just had to pay 15% to get a zap to go through. Y'all sure we are winning? I get that Visa doesn't do the typical zap amounts at all, but the whole custodial zapping thing seems kind of lame if I'm paying 15 fucking percent to do it.

Looks like it actually settled at 10%. Weird, but still the same point.
I think you can put percentage limits on fees

we'd need more details as to your setup, that is the most expensive lightning transaction ive ever heard of by far.
are you using a wallet that does swaps like Muun, or Aqua?
