And the fiat overlords know this. It's why they have no problem continuing to push the debt bomb further and further into the future, without fear of riots in the streets scaling with the debt load.

All you need to know is that it's going to get harder to pay rent, harder to afford food, and homelessness/crime will continue getting worse in your city as levels of desperation grow.
