The “punch the toughest guy in the nose to exert dominance” strategy doesn’t work if the guy you punch is principled and respected by all.
This strategy worked when Trump used it on John McCaine because McCaine was a war monger who did not have America’s best interests at heart.
Yet it is backfiring now when used on Thomas Massie because Massie does have America’s best interests at heart.
Yea Trump better tread carefully.
