I found this game called "Commander of Battlefront" , which is currently up on booth ( https://booth.pm/ja/items/3139629 ). Looks cool and thought to share it.

I don't think its a dead game. You can access its old demo if you purchase it for 500 yen. Based on what's written on the page, the dev plans to release on Steam and others when its done.
