Nads, what is your recipe list? I keep thinking of doing this but never do. Is it expensive?
Day 30 of carnivore today. I’m going to stop counting from here because it feels like a really natural thing to stick with. My guts finally don’t hurt after a lifetime of pain. My eyes and skin are clear and I’m sleeping and training well.
Let’s not talk about the occasional drizzle of maple syrup I still have on top of a dollop of cream though 🤭
🙏 to those on Nostr who helped educate me.

Lots of minced grass fed beef and eggs.
I started buying too many juicy fatty steaks and found the money disappeared quickly 😂
Slow cooked blade roast and mince keeps it affordable.
I’ve found a grass fed online butcher I can order in bulk in Aus which will help.
Pork roast is pretty cheap here also. I think they recommend just red meat but I can’t give up my pork belly with crackling 😬
It’s been completely life changing for me and I was paleo before.
I think you and I are alike. I really need to pull my finger out. I would so try go live on ribeye!!! Do you have any veg? Roast spuds?
No, I’ve never liked vegetables so this is a blessing.
Although roast spuds are amazing they are the worst for my digestion and blood sugar.
And bread?
Nooooo bread!! Nothing but animal products
Oh man
Coffee?
Some keep it some don’t. Don’t put sugar in it or some plant based milk.
I drink it black baby, no sugar ever.
Can you eat honey?
Also depends.
I don’t want to be your main source of info as I’m not experienced enough. Search carnivore in Nostr as some people have posted some really good info to connect with.
It's not as expensive as people think. In fact, it's probably cheaper than the standard American diet, because you don't need to eat 3 meals a day + snacks. You also don't need to eat steak every night. You can have beef patties, chicken wings, pork belly, etc.
