Its weird right. USA is insular and a little British in terms of ability to look down on, feel superior to, or just downright denigrate other nations and cultures without having a fucking clue. But the constitution and that deep seated American ideal of freedom are both unique and very important. That is the people, not reflected in their government and often hard to see due to the drowning out by the shallow cultural bullshit put out

A coup is a coup. In Britain, habeas corpus was removed with the terrorism bullshit laws. That effectively tears up the magna carta. The coups against freedom and global in scope. Dont focus nation state level. There's got to be a reason for it regardless where thus is happening. Hate the process or not, I think USA might be the last citadel for freedom
