I am going through the same thing with Sessions Messenger.

It appears most plebs message eachother right on nostr or use something like telegram.

The rest of the world uses facebook, instagram, iMessage, SMS, etc.

It appears quality secure and private messaging will only be used for specific scenarios by specific people unless one of them integrates with nostr somehow.

I am hopefully it will happen eventually.

Some people have pointed out features I was not aware of. I'm going to have to revisit the issue, depending on how these indexes work.
