I agree with most of what you said. Essentially trading in a 'walled garden' for a 'freedom walled garden' was how I initially saw nostr. Now, I can see how a lot of 'other stuff' is being built out, and as it develops, it seems to be much more than a twitter experience. My tip is not to use Primal. Yeah, it may be great for onboarding, but there are other apps available.
