Why blackpill?
Yeah, a ton of technology was first developed or funded by the intelligence agencies or the military. That in itself isn't really a deterrent. In instances like this or Signal, it means that it probably does what it is supposed to do.
SHA256 was developed by the NSA. Satoshi used it to make Bitcoin.
