Ah saw that (our feeds may be similar), RR with a clown 🤡 face? Whoa, that could be the end of days…… or the printer gets a supercharger and those with hard assets stay quiet…….

Really wondering whether I should massively downsize my house (and exit centres of population), so I can keep some value when the property marks goes💀

I would certainly look into it. With more rural properties you get bigger gardens to grow food in and put up a workshop.

Growing and making may become more important over the next 5 years....

Hmmm, deciding which assets I may have to jettison as I get the hell of out dodge, pension ✅ but may also have to add the primary residence to the list. Maybe turn it into an HMO. 😳
