Yeah I removed display name, but this seems to vary across clients. I'm enjoying the ummmm 'native aesthetics' of having an npub as username atm lol:)
I had that, for a while, but then people can't think of a name when they're interacting with me.

Annoyingly I do have a glhf 'vanity npub' but I'm not sure there is a way to swap out your npub 🤔

Well, you could just reemit the notes signed by a different npub, to migrate an account, and require the old npub to do it, so that there's a permission note people can check for authenticity.
I think he was working on some form of npub confirmation.
