This quote is true. Nostr was actually the 3rd attempt to add a social layer to bitcoin, the first 2 tries were largely ignored, and in fact probably scaled better. Things can take a long time to notice. Same is true for the best technology today. Smart contracts on bitcoin, launched last week, and mostly ingored, will create the world's first digital free market where humans and machines can participate together.
