You could find someone and exchange money for bitcoin. Peer to peer. Used to be local bitcoins did. But they gone now.

You gotta add escrow in btc a small amount through a lightning wallet then they contact seller they connect you with seller you talk payment method pay for btc then the person sends it to you through lightning
