Yeah to me it seems like You would just be recreating society but on a smaller scale. ie just as problematic. If it happened organically then maybe it could work but to plan it. Seems hard.

With the rise of WFH, and the popularity of tiny houses, its more practical now than before to ease into (and out of) it.

Planning, limits, and processes are essential to have down in writing in advance, though. Many people insist "its not needed", a "Gentleman's Agreement" will do. They're the ones who expect to make rules and limits for others whilst obeying none themselves...
