only 7% left to be mined - BUT key to DEBT BASED bank funded CENTRAL controlled MINERS CONTROLLING ONCHAIN MINING FEE is going biggest ISSUE - when u see MAINNET is unusable for small payment for months fees remaining high.

I can't even understand what you want to say. Write in normal sentences without capitalizing words. Mainnet never ever was "planned" to be used for small payments. For those are 2nd and 3rd layers. If you're buying (today) a coffee you're paying with a card (maybe cash), but definitely you're not making a wire transfer or gold coins.

wait for 10yrs and observe IF mainnet fee remains high over longer periods - if corporate miners CANNOT MAKE FIAT profit by any means from FEES their HASH will fall. wait n observe - centralization of hash has already started.
