Indeed, the SEC no longer oversees memecoins, so investors should not have expected any guidance regarding the $TRUMP token.

I suppose if the FTC doesn’t really police MLM/pyramid schemes the SEC shouldn’t police cryptocurrencies makes total sense now (sarcasm)
