Binance has registered 80 million new users since January 2024.

To get the full picture, that's 156,000 new arrivals a day, and 1.8 users landing every second.

By way of comparison, Netflix has just over 300 million subscribers worldwide.

"When 275 million people join a social network, it reflects a cultural trend. When 275 million people join a financial platform, it expresses strong support for the product, the platform and the future of money," says David Princay, President of Binance France.

The cultural trend is that people are broke and looking for ways to beat the inflation by taking more and more risks. Sadly most of those users are going to end up worse because of all the shitcoins.
