Back in the PKR days, I deposited $10. I played games and tournament after tournament. After about 3 years, as the site was closing, I withdrew my $25 winnings.
Everybody warned me, I'd loose my house or savings playing as much as I did. I don't think they understood my mind set 😂

Yes, it was kind of like a whole virtual world, you could choose different room settings, all sorts of things.
Yeah I remember now. I eventually lost access to the site because Spain segregated the player pool with regulations. Ended up playing against Spanish donks with huge balls on every hand which turned into crazy variance vs odds.
