and I am all-in on living there most or part of the year for the the rest of my life as a resident. I’ve been studying how the city works, in particular its approach to homelessness, and agree with methods like one-on-one interviews done by roaming social workers with people living on the street. SF needs to do more. The area near the Ferry Building, Embarcadero and upper Market FiDi have hundreds of unhoused living on the streets (and I’ve called 311 and SF homeless outreach regarding it, because the FB is one of my regular writing spots) and as I mentioned in my last Building in Public blog, I want to be more involved in uplifting the city in some way, so there are no more violent crimes resulting in death.
