I’m so tired of seeing people flame a person when they share one idea that doesn’t fit their “box” they have created.

How many people agree with their friends on every single thing? I know I don’t.

Yet, if someone holds a position of “power” or “influence” they can’t have a single opinion outside of what is deemed to be a must. It’s maddening. Let people have their opinions. Don’t force others to have your opinion. Create conversations, find common ground and a middle will be found.
