Gm frens and pv 🫂☕️🌞

Today I’m approaching the 72hr mark of my fast. Last night felt a bit off but this morning I feel really good!

Fat is being burnt at extraordinary pace and cells should be regenerating at this point, glucose is extremely low at 40s and I should be dead according to science 🤣

Man that sucks, but that's the funny thing about fasting. I've been intermittent fasting for a couple weeks now, just by virtue of not being hungry all the time after cutting seed oils and such this year.

I hope you make it through and find this fast fulfilling 🫂

After this long fast, intermittent fasting for me too. I’m thinking just breakfast and lunch as an 8hr eating window
