I know… But supercomputer can do several heterogeneous things, while Bitcoin network does only add blocks to the Timechain.. ‘Ain’t dealing with ordinals’.

Bitcoin > TaihuLight..

So nothing in a block is important?

Let’s rekt the network for stuff it wasn’t meant for?

SHA256 is fine for now.

If & only if when needed we will move to a quantum resistant algorithm like SHA512.
