My multi billion dollar idea is “ADP but not shitty”. As bad as they are it makes me wonder just how bad their competitors are.

My other idea is “Buffalo Wild Wings but with decent service”. Has anyone ever been to one and actually been impressed with their service? It seems to be universally bad regardless of geographic location.

It’s actually them as a servicer that drives me insane. I’m a tax attorney for a large company working in audits and controversy matters and I spend a good amount of time fighting w/ them to do something that needs to be done or un-fxxking some work they did a long time ago.
