Don't use any mouthwash that kills bacteria in your mouth!

Those bacteria make Nitric Oxide which you need.

Why do I need NOx? (Serious question)

Your endothelium make it naturally and it helps with vasodilation.... But I'm not a doctor and am interested in his answer as well. Been thinking about dropping the Listerine, but have bad gums and seem to get tooth pain when I don't use it.

Listerine is not helping your gums. Stop the listerine and do 90 days of ONLY beef/butter/bacon/eggs and report back on how your gums are doing. Also take a combo Vitamin D3/K2 gelcap (Amazon)

I did do a 3 month strict carnivore diet last year and noticed a drastic improvement in my dental health(gums looked great, like the bubble gum pink they are supposed to, not inflammed red). And I said gums(I do have gum disease) but the pain is actually from a cavity I don't want to go get filled.... I also noticed that it improved during the carnivore period as well. As long as I stay away from sweets other than some berries it seems to do alright and doesn't bother me. The Listerine was just for good measure and I knew it couldn't be good for me. Going to trash it and look for something more natural and not antibacterial. Thanks for the advice!

What about toothpastes? Can you recommend some?

Boka is what I use. NO fluoride. Has nano-hydroxyapatite

Spry is good, though it has xylitol (by the way, Dr. Berry, have you done some research of xylitol being bad for teeth?)

I've found when switching to animal diet "bad breath" decreased by 90%

Yep, this is a real thing.
