I think if someone else shares your notes it goes to whatever relays they use, the relay I mentioned earlier is free to read so I can see things on there but can't comment directly on that relay.

You'll probably be less visible to people who don't already follow you but I think people who already follow you should still see you on their normal feed.

Probably depends what client other people are using too, so many intricacies.
