In theory you are right, but my wife is from a long line of midwest luthern tradwives and comes with the tradition of clipping recipes and hunting for the best ingredients. A few years ago she went whole-hog keto with me and wow, you have no idea how creative a good cook can be on keto.
I bet you're right, but my fiance doesn't follow recipes. She mostly uses recipes or cook book just as "an idea" and then goes on these crazy tangents. I'm eating leftovers of her lemon pepper lamb chops which is a derivative of her orange zest ground lamb, and I can never get enough. Luckily i have 2 whole lambs in the freezer!
