I mean. The Twitter brand changed the day it was sold. That was inevitable. It’s now X Corp anyway lol. At least there’s monetization. Big win for him. But the Twitter we all fell in love with under Jack’s tenure is dead. It’s Elon’s Twitter now.

what would you consider to be the north star of Twitter Brand ? I think global public square is the most significant branding of twitter. Everything else envelopes this particular goal. For example localising to individual countries, communities, interest, behaviours etc varies based on what the core focus is.

Elon is actually doing the right thing making the changes and moving with tech growth. But his central gravitational force has to be about the people. If he nails that and gets the tech growth to orbit around the people, bam - he wins & the people win

He’s not killing, he has already killed be Twitter brand. It’s a graveyard now
