I'm not sure there is such thing as a healthy alcohol. I would actually consider a strong whiskey to be a little healthier due to lower carbs. If drank in small amounts.

I'm trying to draw a comparison for the casual drinker and the casual smoker.

Not someone who over abused either.

Like I don't really get shit faced drunk but I might have a half a bottle to a bottle of wine a couple times a month with dinner.

Definitely not healthy but also doesn't seem to hurt my career and sometimes even helps with networking.

CBD is kinda a new category I'm not real comfortable drawing any conclusions from. It's usually pretty different chemically than just the flower.
