I used to love smart playlists on my OG iPod classic. I want that for lists on Nostr!
You could make your own algorithm to see the posts you want. Eg "notes from the last week that I haven't seen that got zapped over 100 and reposted more than twice"

It's hard to believe that at one time iTunes was good.
I remember in school, there was a program that would see all the computers hooked up into the dorm and you could copy all of their music over the LAN. Then you’d run another one to get the metadata and boom you had an epic library. Sortable, exactly to your liking.

I had a little idea last night. Is this even possible? Would it require relay support, or could it be done client side?

The UI here can be tricky for mobile, but somebody can do a micro app to set the "algorithm" you want up and save it as a Nostr event (new NIP). Clients would just download and run with it.

Something like this, anyone can manipulate their feed how they want. I'm going to make a more concrete proposal out of it and start a bounty soon.
