Verifying the Cold Card generation of your seed phrase from the dice rolls can be complicated, as you need to do it in a secured way on a airgapped system.
The Econoalchemist way is to test it first (linked in the article), with test dice rolls. This is a method I use all the time for the Coldcard.
Seedsigner may be another way to directly test these dice rolls, or just use it to directly input your own generated words.
