lol yeah, it’s easy to make excuses and say it’s an opportunity cost issue when there is so much to do, but the longterm effects of this are bad

🫂💜Yes, I am like this when I am busy. I will go to the gym every day on the days when I am not busy to keep up the good habit of fitness. You were so handsome last year😄.
