Yeah I see the same on different web clients. There's no difinitive perfect way to knight now though Nostr.band probably has the most accurate info in my experience. I'm curious if Plebstr uses your normal relay list, or if it's different than Damus.

It have to be a client preferences/programing issue

Follower numbers can always differ … you could even have followers on relays you are not even connected to.
