I just tried with Primal and it set up a whole new account for me. Is there a way to get a wallet address and port it to this account? Or should I just continue my writing on the other account that Primal set up for me when I set it up?

You can port this account to primal via the private key. What client are you using at the moment?
Snort on my laptop, damus on my phone
On Damus:
1) Click on your profile image
2) Open Settings
3) Go to Keys
4) Copy the Secret Account Login Key
Open Primal, if you have an account already setup
1) Click on your profile image
2) Hit the circle with the three dots to the right of your profile picture
3) Click in "Add an existing account"
4) Paste the Secret Account Login Key (should start with nsec)
Does this mean I have a wallet address now?
