Do you have some accessibility options turned on?
Also I had chosen selected photos instead of allow full access and now I can’t change it. it make uploading pictures and videos difficult
Can you delete the app completely and download again?
But save your private key first (nsec). Copy/paste it temporarily in a note or if you have a password manager like Bitwarden even better

Also like to point out half the time the likes are not visible on either app but I see ones I didn’t see before on Nostur so it’s all pretty wonky for me.
If you’re using 2 nostr clients, make sure you have the same relay set on both. That can cause discrepancies.
Numbers could definitely be different in two apps since they don’t necessarily treat data the same way
