Tbf this is all pretty crazy and clueless.

Is any open source OS critical and needs this level of bureaucracy? Will they track down TempleOS maintainers and make them fill out forms?

Still, you don't get paid by them. Someone else has to pay for it. We should just tell them to go fuck themsrlves and stop doing business in EU.
