On nostr unfortunately not, because everyone could just use your npub to see what you do here.
Thought so. There are a bunch of “news” bots which follow and unfollow me all the time. I was hoping muting them would mute the notifications too but it doesn’t

Ahh! That's what that is! I was wondering why the same accounts keep turning up in my primal notifications.
I just started to use primal again.
In nostrudel or amethyst the numbers of followers aren't useful. I also don't get notified if someone new follows me.

I just muted them. Seems to help.
Not for me on @primal I muted them weeks ago and I still get the follow notifications
You can mute them and they will stop showing.
For some reason they still show up on nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg
