I use it in my formula listed above with other herbs however I do sometimes take it individually. It gives me a steady state of energy and a clear mind.

Not sure if available in Europe or not but I would think so at some herbal shops. But maybe not because it’s one herb that’s not widely known like others like ginseng for instance.
