Yeah, but tbh that‘s too boring and not exciting imho. I stared bouldering again though, let‘s see if that helps :)

Bouldering is great, but probably not a „daily“ activity.

Thats why I was proposing to experiment with a short, but more daily routine which can be chipped in easily 🙏🏽
