There's a few other options, there used to buy voidcat. And before that Imgur was used (lol).

I think someone would just use a pomf clone. Surprised no one has done that yet tbh.

I believe it gets a funding from OpenSats, they also have paid subscription for larger uploads and other file management, which may bring in some revenue.
