If I was king for a day, I would make it so that doctors lose 15% if their office visit money for every 15 minutes late.
You already have problems with the prices for the doctors. 15% wouldn't be enough

Yeah it's pretty terrible in America. It's like 6000 dollars before my insurance pays anything and that's after my 1200 a month I pay for insurance.
For most surgeries it's cheaper to fly to another country and get it done.
