Okay, I'll play. Many of us are removed from rural roots and have perhaps never seen an enraged bull about to charge.

I've seen that — but only in a zoo one time. And here's what I saw:

To prepare for the charge, the bull lowered its head, looked menancingly out of the top of its eyes, and then began its charge."

Part of the preparation to strike fear into its "enemy" was to intimidate the enemy with that lowered head and that glower out of the tops of the eyes.

This did not surprise me. My whole life long, as a boy who knew he was "different" and who felt much more at ease with women than with men during much of his boyhood, I've known that certain men — many men — are capable of violence.
