If it was a predictive programming event for a staged blackout event, I’d expect them to ramp up the cyberterrorism panic. Instead they seem kinda settled on it being caused by a sudden spike in solar energy impacting the frequency of the european energy network.
Which… doesn’t really align with the green agenda either.
