I've come to the conclusion that the average middle aged to older White guy is screwed in the employment department. My neighbor is a recruiter for a big logistics company. She's in her 20's, unmarried, no bf. Everything is about her feelings and PC crap. Gals like this are going to hamstring you every chance they get to look inclusive. Being a White guy rn is rough!
