It was just the pins when I had the same problem. They need to be soldered on.
I’ve soldered my pins on the bottom side of the RPi!

Do the lights come on when you power it on. Worth checking that none of the soldered joints are touching each other.
No, zero lights. Going to do what Seedsigner suggested and clean up my pins!
