Self custody wallets will generate a seed phrase when you first initialize them. This phrase is the backup to your private keys. They come as a 12 or 24 word phrase. Put this same phrase into any other bitcoin wallet and your funds will appear in their new home.

Also, I like using muun and phoenix.

Yeah, I have a blockstream jade but I use it with sparrow for desktop

I've messed around on green and it's a good wallet too!
