Short story:

- 20 years ago I traveled to this river for whitewater kayaking and fell in love with the river and the culture.

- 2 years ago, I got a chance to buy the dream plot of land in the best location on the river and I pulled the trigger.

- Present day, Currently spending 6 months a year working remote here and building a home base for me and my family/friends.
