If want a custodial lnurl you can just use Wallet of Satoshi! Going the non custodial non lnurl route is much more involved at the moment

I heard the earlier versions were overly aggressive with balancing channels. Do you know about 0.13A? At the moment I'm just letting it recommend nodes.
