good government takes centuries build

all things come in time to honest laborers

first need have a form of reconstruction

next bear arms and enact new constitution

my plan is a 10 year cycle

10th year only individual exists

no organization including government

a year to reflect and rebalance society

overgrowth tied to individual as part community

community check overgrowth with prune

the eleventh year to reestablish govt

elect officials legislative, military, executive

the invariant is the individual armed

trained into a militia of defense

all military action on foreign soil viking non-govt

this organization converges into a small govt

where no monopoly endures

the anchor of the reset and individual is family land

individual unit being the family

this land can never be take away

yet the extreme boundaries are redrawn every 11th year
