moving yes … new job is necessary if we move
There are other things to be considered than just the salary. I mean quality of life but also commuting times, expenses needed for the job, general costs of living, maybe benefits at work. This is all relevant when comparing jobs. It might be possible that the salary is lower but you end up with more sats left at the end of the month 🤔
